Our Story — Uncompromised
Our Story

Grown naturally.
Traced fully.

We started Uncompromised with a refusal — that real food should never cost you your health, and a farmer should never be paid less for growing it honestly. Everything since has been built to keep that promise on the label.

Why we exist
Most food hides its history. We open it. Every lot we sell carries its own record — the seed lot, the field, the harvest, the press, the hands — so the claim and the proof sit on the same label. No synthetic inputs, no shortcuts, no brand standard flattening the taste of a place.
How we work

Three reasons. No more.

01 Proof
No chemicals. All traceable.
No synthetic inputs, no shortcuts. Every lot opens its own record — the seed lot, the field, the harvest, the press, the hands. The claim and the proof, on the same label.
02 Cluster
Same practices, same protocol.
One protocol across every farm we work with. Clustered by region, audited and trained together — so groundnut oil from Udaipur tastes of Udaipur’s soil, not of a brand standard.
03 Process
Cold-pressed. Stone-ground.
Natural, temperature-controlled processing — nothing heated past what the seed allows. Packed fresh in small batches, never warehoused long enough to need preservatives.

In the mill & the press

Nothing heated past what the seed allows.

Cold-pressed
Oils pressed cold & slow.
No heat, no refining, no deodorising. Single-origin seeds, pressed in small lots so the aroma of the soil survives all the way to the bottle.
Stone-ground
Flour with everything in it.
Ground on stone in small batches and packed fresh — bran, germ and all — never warehoused long enough to need a preservative.
