We work directly with farmers who employ traditional, natural, and regenerative farming practices. While not every small-holder farm carries formal organic certification due to the high costs of compliance, we ensure that no synthetic pesticides or harmful chemicals are used in the growing of our produce.

Because our products are free from artificial preservatives, they require proper storage. We recommend keeping most dry staples (like flour, pulses, and spices) in airtight containers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For perishable items, please refer to the specific storage instructions printed on the packaging.

We deliver Pan-India! Because our farm operations are based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, we offer special discounted shipping rates and faster delivery for Udaipur pincodes. For the rest of India, we partner with reliable national couriers to get your food to you safely.

Once dispatched (usually within 24-48 hours), local deliveries in Udaipur take 1-2 business days. For metro cities across India, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. For non-metro and rural areas, it may take 5-7 business days.

Because we deal in fresh food and grocery items, we generally cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or don't prefer the taste. However, if a product arrives damaged, leaked, expired, or is missing from your order, we will absolutely make it right through a refund or replacement.

Please take photos or a quick video of the damaged package and the affected items inside immediately upon receiving it. Send these along with your order number to hello@uncompromised.in, and our team will quickly arrange a refund or replacement for you.

If your delivery address is in Udaipur, your shipping is completely free on orders above ₹1,000! For all other addresses across India, you will automatically receive free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
