Since we are based out of Udaipur, Rajasthan, we offer special local delivery rates for our community in Udaipur. For all other states and cities across the country, we work with trusted national logistics partners to ensure safe transit of your items.
We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the total value of your cart.

Because we deal with fresh farm products, we take special care in preparing your order.
- Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day to ensure products don't sit idle in courier warehouses.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within the following timeframes:
- Udaipur Local: 1 - 2 Business Days
- Metro Cities: 3 - 5 Business Days
- Non-Metro & Rural areas: 5 - 7 Business Days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. External factors like extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or courier logistical delays may occasionally impact transit times.
We want you to know exactly where your food is. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking link and AWB number.
You can click the link provided to track your package in real-time via our courier partner's website.
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. We rely on this information to ensure a smooth delivery.
- If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- If you notice an error in your address right after placing the order, please contact us immediately at hello@uncompromised.in so we can correct it before dispatch.
